Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on your tracking details.

  • Requests must be initiated within the 30-day window.
  • Returned items must arrive at our returns center within 15 days of your Return Authorization being issued.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in like‑new condition:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches or adjustments.
  • With all original packaging and accessories: branded case, outer box, authenticity papers, cleaning cloth, and tags.
  • No signs of wear, makeup, perfumes, or lens/temple modifications.

We encourage a careful at‑home try‑on. Avoid lens/contact with hard surfaces and do not remove tags until you decide to keep the item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
  2. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
  3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging and include your RMA in the parcel.
  4. Ship the parcel using a trackable service. Keep your receipt and tracking number.

Returns sent without an RMA or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

  • Once received, inspections take 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
  • We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We’re happy to help.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order for the fastest turnaround.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we can arrange a direct replacement at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item, packaging, and the shipping label.
  • We will provide prepaid return instructions or a replacement shipment.
  • Claims filed after 7 days may be assessed under warranty terms.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer‑remorse returns (change of mind/fit/style): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Defective/incorrect shipments: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • If a return label is provided for a remorse return upon request, an $8.00 return label fee may be deducted from your refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Items returned missing the branded case or authenticity papers.
  • Items showing wear, scratches, lens/temple adjustments, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Any item returned after the return window without prior approval.

Holiday & Gifts

  • Extended holiday returns: orders delivered between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 15.
  • Gift returns: we can issue store credit to the recipient if the order number and purchaser email are provided.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • We can modify or cancel orders within 1 hour of purchase during business hours. Contact support immediately.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted. Undeliverable or refused packages may incur return shipping deductions.

Warranty

Manufacturer defects may be covered under a limited warranty. If you believe your sunglasses have a defect, contact us with photos and your order details. We will assist with next steps and documentation.
