  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may be limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse sales, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order after verification. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders due to stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing or typographical errors, or other reasons permitted by law. If payment was captured and your order is canceled, you will receive a prompt refund.
  • Preorders and special orders will ship when available. Anticipated dates are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive for accuracy but may correct pricing, typographical, or other errors. If a price error is discovered, we will cancel or contact you for instructions before shipping.

  • Backordered items will ship when available. Orders containing multiple items may be split into partial shipments at our discretion.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be in original condition with all accessories, case, and tags where applicable.
  • To cancel an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return upon receipt subject to policy terms.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Warranty & Repairs

  • Products may be eligible for manufacturer warranty subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer. We are not an authorized service center and cannot guarantee manufacturer repair approvals.

  • Arbitration: Except for small claims or injunctive relief, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, NY under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
  • Venue: Subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue for permitted litigation shall be the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
