Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET may ship the same business day.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding US holidays).
  • We’ll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Address edits are only possible before your order is dispatched. Contact us quickly if you need a change.

  • We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable delivery.
  • PO Boxes: shipped via USPS services only; expedited options may be unavailable.
  • APO/FPO: supported via USPS; delivery times may be extended.
  • AK, HI, PR & remote areas: allow extra time; surcharges may apply for expedited methods.

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically 5–10 business days via DHL/UPS Worldwide. Actual timing depends on destination and customs.
  • Duties & Taxes: shown at checkout for select countries. Otherwise, you may be responsible upon delivery according to local regulations.
  • Customs may require recipient information to clear your parcel; please monitor your tracking link.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours after label creation.
  • Signature: orders over $500 may require a signature for delivery. You can request to waive signature at checkout (assumes delivery risk after carrier scan).
  • Missed delivery: carriers usually attempt re‑delivery or hold at a local facility for pickup.

Packaging

  • Each pair ships securely packed. Manufacturer packaging (case, cloth, literature) is included when provided for the model.
  • We use protective materials to reduce damage risk and optimize package size to lower emissions.
